Strategically located off Country Hills Blvd and connected through Stoney Trail, this site enjoys easy access to multiple thriving neighbourhoods in the area.

Originally a Greenfield site, Rencor took over ownership of the development and successfully handled all aspects of development, construction, leasing, and financing. The project was completed in 2003, and Rencor's interests in Royal Oak were sold upon full completion and lease-up.
