Richmond Square

Richmond Square was an existing 23 year-old enclosed centre acquired by Rencor in 1999; it was vacant at the time. During an 18 month period Rencor completed development, leasing and construction to full occupancy. The project was sold to a western Canadian private investor in 2002.
