Phase II of the redevelopment includes a Sobeys grocery store and a Canadian Tire, as well as two free standing pads. The existing centre has been recently renovated with a new contemporary facade and improved parking.

Project Details

A site to the North of the existing Red Deer Centre was acquired and secured by Rencor, a joint venture was formed with the existing owner of Red Deer Village and Rencor completed all expansion leasing, development and financing for the project. It was completed on time and budget and was acquired by the joint venture partner in 2005.

Located at the S.W. corner of the intersection 67th Street and Gaetz Avenue and is accessed from both Gaetz Avenue and 67th Street.
