Project Details

Anchored by prominent retailers such as Canadian Tire and Wal Mart, Preston Crossing is also home to renowned national tenants including Michael's Crafts, Future Shop, Sobeys, and Old Navy, ensuring a comprehensive retail experience for visitors.

Rencor, the successful applicant in a national proposal call, established a joint venture with two esteemed Saskatchewan companies to bring the project to fruition. Taking charge of development, leasing, and financing, Rencor played a vital role in realizing the vision for Preston Crossing.

Notably, an exceptional partnership was formed between Rencor and the University of Saskatchewan. This collaboration allowed the project to occupy 46 acres of the university's land, creating a mutually beneficial arrangement. Furthermore, the architecture of Preston Crossing showcases elements inspired by the gothic design found in the University of Saskatchewan's campus buildings, forging a visual connection between the two entities.

Preston Crossing represents a successful amalgamation of retail excellence, strategic collaboration, and architectural synergy, solidifying its position as a remarkable retail destination in Saskatoon.
